Quantity Surveyor

The opportunity comes with long term career development and training. You should have previous experience of working within a commercial build environment, whether this is in Health care, Education, Industrial.

-Cost Planning
-Overseeing projects up to £25m in value
-Working alongside Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager to provide accurate costings for each project
-Managing Sub contractor packages
- Working with client/estimators/design and project teams
-Previous experience of working in critical environments an advantage
- Degree qualified Quantity Surveyor
-Driving Licence

We are working with a National Construction contractor who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their business aqnd work on projects around Merseyside and Cheshire. They have recently secured a nationwide framework agreement to work on various new build health care projects and are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to help with the running and cost management of the projects.
