Full Job Description

  • Contribute to the timely production of applications for payment.

  • Contribute to prompt payment of sub-contracts and maintenance of sub-contract liabilities.

  • Complete and well organised records

  • Contribute to the timely production of Cost and value reconciliations.

  • Assisting with weekly cost to complete/budget reviews with the contract delivery teams.

  • Upload documentation as and when necessary, in line with business requirements

  • Review weekly site records including allocation sheets and site diaries.

  • Attend project progress meetings.

  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial performance reports

  • Gain experience outside of the commercial function to better understand the role of the business and the quantity surveyor within the business.


  • The training you will be getting

    Level 4 HNC in Quantity Surveying

    This will primarily be delivered on-line with the support of qualified lecturers and a personal skills coach to support your development.

    Once you have successfully complete the Level 4 HNC Apprenticeship there will be the opportuity for you to progress onto a Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship which is fully supported by Keltbray., Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Problem solving skills, Presentation skills, Number skills, Analytical skills, Logical, Team working, Creative, Initiative, Non judgemental, Patience, A Level or equivalent English and Maths (Grade Grade C) Desired
