Quality Officer

Kingfisher Developments (Wales) Ltd are a long-established Main Contractor whose main discipline is refurbishment and new build Social Housing. Our area of operation is predominantly South Wales and we have a secured workload for 2023/24 including housing developments in Caerphilly, Newport, Merthyr Tydfil and the Vale of Glamorgan.

Due to our current workload, we are looking to expand our team.

Duties will include:

• Reviewing and updating company policies and ensuring accreditations are up to date.


• Assisting in site file production.


• Training coordination (managing training matrix/capital construction training group rep/CITB grant applications/claims) ensuring legal compliance.


• Gathering customer satisfaction surveys.


• Maintain compliance with CHAS, Construction Line & Safe Contractors.


• Understanding of H&S specific to construction sites to ensure monitoring of legal compliance.


• Updating Site Managers reports.


• Updating Social Media.


• Assisting departments with general administrative duties, as required.


• This role is flexible and will adapt to suit the needs of the company.
  
  Ability to analyse data and identify trends for continuous improvement.


• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.


• Excellent leadership and communication skills.


• Able to use own initiative and willingness to learn.
