Full Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Quality team in ensuring product and service quality is to a high standard, in line with customer requirements and accreditations.
Quality control processes to ensure minimum rejects are produced through efficient practices with assistance from department line manager.
Audit and monitor quality requirements in accordance with the company quality assurance policies and customer specifications.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail is essential
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure is essential
- Understand drawing and customer requirements
- Must have understanding of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
- Must have understanding of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
- Must have understanding of FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis)
Understanding and knowledgeable of relevant health and safety legislation and QA ISO9001 & TS16949
