Full Job Description

Our Quality Auditors provide technical cover for our shift production teams, ensuring all product conforms to Food Legislation, BRC, and both Customer and Quorn Quality standards.

You will be responsible for your relevant shift production, ensuring optimum customer service in terms of quality, quantity and punctuality whilst promoting safe working practices. Should your findings & analysis find that product is not conforming to standards, you will have the authority to suspend production at any time if the required conditions are compromised.

This role will work on a 3-2-2-3 shift pattern covering night shifts between 6pm & 6am. This will include time off every other weekend.

  • Presentable background in a food manufacturing, preferably with an understanding of quality & auditing

  • Basic understanding of HACCP & Food Safety regulations

  • Knowledge of hygiene & technical standards in a food manufacturing environment

  • Previous experience in chilled, frozen or ambient foods would be an advantage
