Full Job Description

This is a vital role within the team. Working alongside another Quality Administrator, the post holder will support and coordinate activities relating to quality assurance, programmes, governance and student cases. They will also play an active role in advising and supporting academic and professional services colleagues across the School with any quality, programme, policy and student casework matters. Another key duty will be to oversee development and maintenance of the SHS Work Hub., Where hybrid working can be accommodated, specific arrangements will be agreed with the successful candidate before their start date. Regardless of where colleagues are working, City, University of London's premises will be their primary and contractual place of work.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in an administrative role and be able to work under pressure in a customer focused office environment, multi-tasking and dealing with people from a wide range of backgrounds. They will also have excellent communication skills, planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work. Advanced IT skills including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook is also an essential requirement.

This role sits within the Quality and Compliance Team to support quality assurance and programme activities, student cases, governance and policy work in the School of Health & Psychological Sciences.

The Quality and Compliance Team is part of the Student and Academic Administration which is responsible for programmme administration, admissions, placements, quality assurance and student experience and welfare.
