Full Job Description

Working in partnership with our client, the QA/Content Manager will work closely with divisional teams to review and approve web content, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand standards. Additionally, the role involves managing marketing helpdesk tickets, business listings updates, and telephony BAU changes. While previous experience in QA or digital content is essential, training will be provided for specific tasks.

Please note this role is a secondment - you'll be employed by OLIVER but working directly with client within the client team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

  • Review and approve/decline web content, including images and copy checks, within workbox/Sitecore.

  • Manage marketing helpdesk tickets efficiently using Freshdesk, ensuring timely resolution of issues and queries.

  • Update and maintain business listings using Yext to ensure accurate and consistent information across platforms.

  • Coordinate telephony BAU changes on Infinity, the telephone tracking system, to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  • Collaborate with divisional teams to provide guidance on content creation and optimization for web platforms.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes to improve content accuracy and user experience.

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in digital content management and quality assurance.

    Previous experience in QA or digital content management is essential.

  • Familiarity with web content management systems, such as Sitecore, is preferred.

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in using helpdesk software, such as Freshdesk, for ticket management and resolution.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive and can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable., Be Ambitious to succeed
