Purchasing Porter

We are currently looking for a Purchasing Porter to join our team of associates at Rosewood London. Our Purchasing Porter is appointed to put all food deliveries in the appropriate storage areas, rotating dates, as well as control other deliveries made in to the hotel.
Key expectations of this role are

• Delivering all food received to correct kitchen areas within the hotel.


• Ensuring that all food is taken to the kitchen for chef approval.


• Assisting the Goods Receiver with food deliveries when needed.


• Signing the delivery documents after receiving the goods and confirm that actual receipt matches to the electronic Purchase Order.


• Ensuring that items in the loading bay are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  
  The ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others.


• Being self-motivated.


• Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.


• Paying close attention to detail by not comprising on quality standards.
