Full Job Description

CML have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our growing Finance team, at our modern Head Office in Chapel Allerton. Do you have Purchase Ledger experience? Are you good with Excel? Would you like to work for a company that promotes your development and actively encourages you to learn new skills? If so, we'd love to hear from you!, For this 12 month Fixed Term Contract role, you can expect to be:
+ Processing expenses and overhead invoices
+ Matching timesheets and processing labour agency invoices
+ 3-way matching, batching and coding invoices
+ Raising payments
+ Dealing with payment queries
+ Assisting with any other duties as required

  • Suitably qualified in experience in a similar Accounts role

  • Competent using Microsoft office, particularly Excel (using spreadsheets to code and upload invoices)

  • Able to accurately deal with high volumes of invoices and data entry

  • Organised and methodical, with the ability to keep to very strict deadlines

  • Highly focussed with thorough attention to detail

  • Strong in numeracy

  • Experienced in 3-way matching, ideally within a Construction environment - Desirable
