Pub Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of employees. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties: - Supervise and coordinate all activities within the establishment Barcraft prides its self on its live music scene type venues - Train and develop staff members to ensure high-quality service - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations - Ensure compliance with all health and safety guidelines - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner - Create schedules for staff members and manage labor costs effectively - Collaborate with other
departments to ensure smooth operations - Implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall profitability Skills: - Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising and managing a team - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in bartending, Good Understanding of safety regulations and procedures - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Experience in the Bar, hotel or hospitality industry is preferred If you are a dynamic individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.
