Property Manager (Build to Rent)

Are you an experienced Residential Property Manager with good knowledge of Health and Safety, Compliance and Financial reporting?

This a fantastic opportunity to operationally manage a Residential Build to Rent development and have full control of all on site operations.

You will conduct viewings, building management, health and safety, tenancy management, deliver excellent customer service and respond to maintenance request.,

• Dealing with rental enquiries, undertaking viewings, and completing tenancy paperwork


• Implement renewals and organise check in/out inspections


• Go above and beyond to ensure a warm, welcoming environment for residents and all visitors.


• Manage arrears and legal recovery process


• Market and monitor all live properties on a range of portals


• Healthy and Safety / Compliance


• Instructing and managing subcontractors
  
  Experience in a Property Management or Building Management role


• Good verbal and written communication skills


• Ability to work on your own, be proactive
