Property Management Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations at our properties, ensure tenant satisfaction, and support various administrative tasks., Assist in managing all aspects of assigned properties

- Handle tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution and communication with contractors.

- Assist with rent collection and financial reporting-

Support marketing efforts to attract new tenants and clients and communicate with prospective tenants to ensure the right fit.

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
