Property Handyman / Woman

Are you an experienced property maintenance professional who'd like consistent part-time work? Bristol Property Partnership can offer you varied, interesting and consistent work 1-2 days per week, depending on your other commitments.

• You'll have your own transport


• You'll have at least 3 years years property maintenance experience


• You'll be a great practical problem solver


• You'll have good verbal communication skills, Do you own your own transport and have a driving licence valid in the UK?


• Do you have any basic plumbing or carpentry skills? (please describe if yes)


Experience:

• Property Maintenance: 3 years (required)
  
  Painting & decorating.


• Siliconing


• Tiling


• Clearing gutters


• Adjusting and putting up blinds


• Re-pressurizing boilers


• Adjusting doors & locks


• Reattaching skirting boards


• Numerous other odd jobs
