Full Job Description

ROCC (Rivermead Outreach Community Challenge) is part of the Rivermead Inclusive Trust. As part of the new ROCC expansion, we are looking to recruit Project Support Assistants to support the provision of 18-25 pathways to employment. This is a 5 day a week provision with both centre and community-based days. This position will be a years contract, with a possiblity of extending.
The Project Support Assistants will work with Project Leads in ensuring that the young people have a range of exciting and inspiring activities. Project Support Assistants will carry out and engage the young adults in their pathways to employment activities including running sessions, supporting with the completion and submission of work and ensuring the young people are developing the skills required to succeed.
All young adults attending ROCC deserve the best experience that we are able to offer in a happy and safe environment. Young adults must have a sense of belonging, of being welcome and should be able to grow in confidence and self-esteem. The sessions attended will support the young adults with independence, choice, integration, and inclusion in the community with an overall theme of preparation for work.
