Project sourcing engineer intern 1

Define and manage strategic supply management to ensure the sustainability and agility for the service supply in the product life cycle which will enable VSS Division (focusing on abatement system and EMEA&NA regions activities) to achieve the strategic and financial goals.

Also, this role will be responsible to develop and manage key/critical supplier in VTBA level.

• Play a lead buyer role in VTBA level to manage and develop suplier Strategy


• Manage procurement strategy for kitting category/GDC operation outsourcing for VSS.


• Responsible for developing and executing supplier strategy.


• Manage supplier including making/renewing supplying contract which can accomodate buisness needs.


• Responsible for making global supplying contract across division and managing business critical issue.


• Responsible for continuity of supply to make sure required service parts can distribute to STCs globally.


Engage with PCs to efficiently resolve escalated issues and formally manage and secure supplier capacity

Actively monitor and mitigate supplier risk including financial, capacity, quality, and compliance.

Take a lead for resourcing project for securing supplying continuty or consolidting suppliers.

• Accountable for execution of assigned sourcing projects


• Service key/critical supplier management involvement for critical subject.


(contract & price management, supplier strategy, capacity review)

• Responsible for defining negotiations strategy including supplier profiles, commercial negotiations targets, defining switching costs, and building Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for decision making process


• Continue drive CC7 saving targets for service spares.
  
  Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or Supply Chain related field


Relevant Previous Experience:

Procurement sourcing experience, commodity management or supply chain experience

Knowledge areas / Skills:

• Strong negotiting skills


• Excellent communication with acrossed division & differnet level of stakeholders


• High level of analytical skills, strategic thinking and approach to the buiness.


• Self motivated and ability to work indepently

• Engineering background to undersatnd engineering & technical requirement


• Project management


• Skilled ERP(SAP) User
