Full Job Description

Calex are recruiting a Project Management Lead to join a large Global Customer Care Team, which ranges from parts supply, logistics, customer care initiatives, customer loyalty & systems and data transformation. You will work within the systems strategy team, alongside the digital demand delivery manager and the other leads, responsible for delivery of an array of products for all areas across GCC. You will work with multiple stakeholders, with no day being the same and being at the forefront of change within the business. This is an exciting role, with plenty of opportunity to make your mark, in a large team where 'customer love' is at the forefront of everything.

If it affects the customer, then the GCC team are involved and this is where you will come in and play a part in delivering systems that will improve the customer journey, whether they are buying a vehicle, or simply booking a service. All systems and digital products should deliver on this goal. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of digital products across the GCC landscape on behalf of the business/PO requirements.

You will manage the day-to-day delivery, supplier deliverables & product development within the established IT (digital) governance framework, ensuring alignment with wider GCC systems strategy.

Role Responsibilities

  • Act as the single central liaison point between the Business, Digital & Supplier

  • Ensure product implementation aligns with wider GCC strategy/landscape

  • Lead & drive forward product development & implementation

  • Serve the business Product Owner in materialising their vision & enacting their priorities

  • Lead the supporting CX project processes for Digital/Central Demand & QBR activities

  • Responsible for day-to-day management of supplier deliverables & outputs

  • Assist & advise business/product owner on product go-live as appropriate

  • Product lead for delivery (PM)

  • Ensure alignment with wider system strategy (i.e North Star)

  • Champion & execute the Product Owner's directive on roadmap prioritisation

  • Planning for Product technical delivery (sprint)

  • Lead/Control technical delivery and alignment with plan. Ensure integrations / development relevant milestones are met

  • Obstacle solving: business/technical

  • Change control

  • Technical/Business escalation when required

  • Lead/support appropriate agile ceremonies

  • Support PO interfacing with other domains

  • GDPR support

  • Support CX processes (demand creation / QBR)

  • Ensure correct Project set-up in Jira-Confluence. Project set up align with CX structure (Capabilities, Epics, etc.)

  • Continuous Project improvement activities

  • Reporting

    Employment: The successful candidate will be employed by Calex UK (www.calexuk.com). Calex are a specialist automotive training provider and provide training staff and expertise including Trainers, Developers, Digital Learning Experts, and Administrators.
