Project Management

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. Mass experience is appreciated but not necessary due to the unique internal operation system and client base.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources

- Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables

- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies

- Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients

- Track project milestones and deliverables using project management tools.

- Conduct regular status meetings to provide updates on project progress

- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile

- Manage project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and change requests

- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members

some experience as a Project Manager or similar supporting role

- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies

- Proficient in using content management systems (CMS) for project documentation alongside excel / outlook.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Experience with Confluence or other collaboration tools is preferred

- Knowledge of SAS or other statistical analysis software is desirable
