  • Managing projects from sale to handover, with values ranging from £100K to £3M.

  • Handling projects UK-wide with the support of an experienced contracts team.

  • Acting as the primary client contact, directly controlling site works and subcontract teams.

  • Negotiating and managing the supply chain.

    Experience as a project engineer.

  • Experience in managing contractors.

  • Full UK driver's license for regular travel to client sites across the UK.

    A salary of £35,000 - £55,000, highly dependent on experience, a bonus of up to 10%, a company car, 25 days holiday plus the bank holidays, a volunteering day, and a 4% company pension contribution.
