Full Job Description
- Translate client needs into thoughtful designs for leadership development programs.
- Produce and manage actionable project plans and drive progress towards deliverables.
- Manage project budget, contract, and timelines to ensure successful project completion.
- Build strong relationships with clients at senior levels, including multinational FTSE 500 organisations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project progress and quality standards are met.
- Lead project teams, providing feedback, guidance, and support to ensure project milestones and goals are met.
- Prepare and deliver status updates and presentations to clients and internal teams.
- Identify, track, and communicate project risks and issues to drive resolution.
- Compile and analyze data to evaluate project performance.
Experience in learning & development program design (preferably for Leadership Development) or consulting in a people related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, education management industry preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and influence project team members to drive success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management software and tools preferred.
- Must be able to travel.
