Project Architect - Delivery focus

FRAME are working with a bustling, London based Architecture studio with a strong pipeline of work over 2024, who are looking to grow. They are looking to hire an ARB or Project Architect, ideally with experience in the UK Residential or Mixed use sector, with a strong focus on RIBA stage 3-6. The studio have a number of busy projects coming up focusing on delivery in and around London, any experience on site, liaising with clients/ contractors would be beneficial for this role., The overall company are medium to large Architecture studios with multiple offices, currently hiring in their London studio. They are office based but do have hybrid working on offer, they pride themselves on having a very sociable team including regular social and sports events, summer/ Christmas parties, team BBQs and the cycle to work scheme.

• UK based Residential or Mixed use project experience


• RIBA stage 3-6 focus, on site/ delivery skills beneficial


• Revit proficiency, 2-3 years minimum on live projects in studio


• UK studio/ building regulation and construction knowledge
