Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join the Windows 11 Deployment project to provide administrative support.

If you are a people
person and a self-motivated self-starter then this could be a good role for
you.

What you'll be doing

As part of the role you
will be responsible for sharing Windows 11 deployment administration activities
to support the rollout of Windows 11 and new devices to the Society.
This will include supporting the Delivery Lead, Product Owner and Delivery
Managers in keeping accurate and timely information relating to project
progress to support regular progress meetings.

Other activities will
include managing the Windows 11 Admin mailbox, updating the deployment tracker,
raising IIQ's, updating Intranet pages and acting as one of several central
contact points for Business Champions across the Society.

Essential measurable
experience
Previous experience in
providing administrative support within Financial Services.
Excellent organisation
skills and the ability to prioritise work to agreed deadlines.

·
Excellent communication
skills and the confidence to communicate comfortably with colleagues at all
levels.
Accuracy and attention
to detail. High level computer
literacy including knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
