  • Has a track record for implementing and managing first-class programmatic campaigns, and is an in-platform buying and optimisation guru.

  • Loves sport, and wants to work with the most exciting sports organisations in the world.

  • Wants the opportunity to grow a team and capability around them., Onboarding and managing key programmatic accounts.

  • Coaching and developing junior programmatic traders.

  • Optimizing programmatic campaigns to achieve client goals.

  • Overseeing ad-operations, ensuring campaigns are trafficked and all safety and verification are best-practice.

  • Owning the programmatic strategy, including: platforms, tech, partner relationships, creative best-practice.

    4+ years media agency or trade desk experience, working in in-platform programmatic roles.

  • A master of building and managing programmatic display campaigns across the programmatic ecosystem.

  • Great hands-on knowledge of programmatic platforms across DSPs, Ad Servers, Ad Verification, Safety and Suitability.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret complex campaign data and identify optimization opportunities.

  • Good industry understanding: key ad-tech and publisher partners.

  • Experience in omni-channel programmatic; dOOH, Audio, Video, CTV.

  • Implements creative solutions that enhance campaign performance (DCO, hi-impact).

  • Passionate about the programmatic landscape, and stays on top of industry trends and developments.

    Our Marketing and Consultancy team works with sports rights holders, helping them build relationships with their audiences, partners and sponsors to drive business growth. And we do it by using data to help our clients better understand their fans. We then create and implement data-led digital marketing and technology solutions that improve fan experience, grow revenues and build commercial efficiency.
