Professional Services Engineer

If you have a passion for delivering high-quality IT solutions and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want you on our team!, As a Professional Services Engineer, you'll be responsible for all technical aspects of your assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and successfully. You'll work closely with our Project Management Office (PMO) to keep projects on track and in line with SLAs and agreed timelines.,

• Deliver high-standard customer projects within set timelines


• Collaborate with the Air IT PMO to schedule and ensure smooth project execution


• Review scope of works before starting projects, reporting any issues to management or PMO


• Provide comprehensive handovers to the Service Desk upon project completion


• Identify and report snagging issues that may cause project delays


• Log and action all activities in the CRM system following Air IT Project procedures


• Maintain information security by adhering to our Information Security Management System (ISMS) and relevant policies
  
  IT project delivery experience


• Experience in administering and supporting the latest Microsoft technologies


• Experience in setting up and maintaining business system networks based on Microsoft technologies


• Setting up and supporting mobile devices


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• A current, valid driving license


• Proficiency with:

+ Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems (2008-2022)
+ Microsoft Exchange Server (2010-2019)
+ Microsoft Windows Hyper-V/VMware vSphere and vCentre
+ Microsoft 365 (email migrations, Intune deployment, Azure Information Protection, Azure AD join, AD Connect, SharePoint Online, DLP, MDM)
+ Multi-Factor Authentication and conditional access setup and configuration for Office 365
+ Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, and related server roles (IIS/RDS/DFS/NPS)
+ Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Intune

Desirable:

• Microsoft Azure IaaS technologies


• Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop


• Mimecast


• Backup Technologies (Veeam and Datto)


• Firewall Technologies (Sophos UTM/XG, SonicWall, Cisco Meraki)


• Detailed knowledge of switching and routing, including VLANs and networking technologies (TCP/IP, VPN, DHCP, DNS, SSL) (Aruba, Cisco, UniFi)


• Building wireless networks (Meraki & UniFi)
