An opportunity has arisen for a Production Team Leader to join our site based in Ramsey, Cambridgeshire. As a Production Team Leader your role will be to supervise your team to ensure effective allocation of duties and supporting and motivating them to deliver against target.  You will be responsible for ensuring effective preparation before each shift to minimise disruption to production downtime. You will be inquisitive to seek continuous improvement idea's and raise these to improve efficiencies within Production. Main Responsibilities of our Production Team Leader:  Responsible for the safety and supervision of yourself and your team Oversee the operation of the production lines and support where necessary (relevant training will be given) Lead daily meetings with the team to maintain open communication Maximise production efficiency to ensure plans are met on an hourly/daily basis  Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and housekeeping are strictly adhered to  Monitor and control quality to ensure all customer specifications are adhered to Success as a Production Team Leader may lead to internal promotions and plenty of learning and development opportunities.    Hours of Work: 14:45 - 00:00 - 41.25 hours a week - Monday to Friday.  What we offer: 31 Days holiday per year including bank holidays. 40 hours per week Monday to Friday  Great Place to Work accredited.
