Production Supervisor

As our Production Supervisor, you'll be the guardian of great taste, the champion of consistency, and the ambassador of health and food safety! You'll lead a team of houmous aficionados in our quest to maintain and deliver the quality of our beloved dips.

What you'll do:

• To supervise line operatives on a day-to-day basis ensuring performance, productivity, quality and safety standards are maintained.


• Responsible for operating machinery, escalating issues to the correct department if there is an issue with the machine.


• Monitoring the quality and consistence of the product and machinery, escalating changes and concerns.


• Root cause analysis during production working with engineers and management to resolve issues within the factory


• Manage and coach the production team members to develop them into our succession pipeline

• A commitment to health and safety and food safety and quality standards that's as solid as a scoop of houmous on a pitta bread., Food production: 3 years (preferred)
