Production Supervisor

To be considered for the role, you will be:

Experienced in learn manufacturing, process flow and continuous improvement

Comfortable in a fast-paced operational environment, specifically production cost control

Familiar with food safety requirements, including BRC and customer audit processes

A team player, energetic and self-motivated

Able to encourage and motivate others

Adept at using data in taking decisions

Highly aware of the importance of health & safety

Flexible in relation to the needs of the role

Proficient in prioritising and delivering to deadlines
