Full Job Description

  • Operate and maintain production machinery, ensuring it is running smoothly and efficiently.

  • Follow strict hygiene and safety regulations to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Package and label food products according to company standards and customer requirements.

  • Monitor product quality at each stage of the production line, reporting any issues or defects to the supervisor.

  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet the specified standards.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.

  • Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of the production area, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

    Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in food packaging or production.

  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.

  • Ability to operate and maintain production machinery.

  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility to work overtime or on weekends, if required.

  • Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
