Production Operative

Your responsibilities as a Production Operative will include, Maintaining production equipment to a high standard
To ensure all health and safety requirements including PPE are adhered to whilst working on site
To follow product specifications and produce relevant documentation once product is completed
To open product moulds, remove product, set up, and close product moulds to the required specification
Trim and finish products to a high standard
To operate the assigned machinery
To locate and use any raw materials required
Keeping workspace and general area clean and tidy to avoid hazards
Working pro actively during down time and supporting team members

Previous manufacturing background is desirable
A high level of attention to detail is important
Operating hand tools
Knowledge of health and safety in a manufacturing environment
Good verbal and written communication skills are required
A satisfactory level and Maths and English is essential
Time management skills are needed for the role
