Production / Despatch Administrator

Based in our orders office with the rest of the production team where all incoming orders are processed

-Work closely with production/despatch managers to ensure a smooth customer experience

-Answer incoming customer enquires both by email and phone

-Help with despatch organisation

- Support with customer returns

- Liaising between the customer, office and factory

-Prepare documents to send to customers

-Assist with adding orders to the system

Be able to work well in a team but also prioritise your own work

- Have an attention to detail

- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal

-Use initiative to solve problems

Experience:
- Experience working in factory/warehouse office would be beneficial
- Outlook use
- Previous role in either sales admin or despatch admin

We are a family run glass, glazing and windows and doors installation and manufacturing company which has been running for over 50 years. We are seeking a new team member in our busy production/despatch office.
