Full Job Description

  • Manage and be accountable for the delivery of the end-to-end solutions including planning, building, reporting, risk management, business change, marketing, communications, launch and on-going optimisation following feedback/insight

  • Collaborating globally and cross functionally with Digital, VAS, Industria, Product and Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Global Shared Business Services, Marketing and others

  • Research customer challenges through using relevant market research, discussions with customers, and collaborating with customer facing teams.

  • Make data driven decisions to design the commercial solution utilising business knowledge to ensure correct stakeholders identified and the right outcomes achieved.

  • Designing and documenting operational processes that ensure integration into existing standard processes (where possible) and a seamless customer experience.

  • Review, prioritise and plan expansion of solutions into other operating companies, markets and sales methods.

  • Support delivery of the Sustainable Solutions targets, including revenue sales, number of customers 'sold to' and pipeline

    • You'll be commercially astute and customer focused, and if you have had experience in any of the following areas, that would be a real bonus:
  • Solutions, Services or Product Sales

  • Experience working in Sustainability, or a good understanding of ESG topic areas

  • Project Management
