Full Job Description

As Aiimi continues to expand, we are looking for a Product Owner to join our thriving Professional Services division - this role will involve supporting our clients across diverse sectors.

As the Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our products. Your primary focus will be to ensure that our offerings consistently outperform market expectations and align closely with the needs of our customers.

A Day in the Life of an Aiimi Product Owner:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

  • Gathering enhancements from the business on existing products and translating them with the business.

  • Prioritising these enhancements so the engineering squad can pick up the requirements and develop the product.

  • Reporting on delivery and value of the current product development and roadmap creation.

  • Preparing for quarterly planning by providing priority, features, risks and issues to senior stakeholders.

  • Continuously iterate and improve the product based on customer feedback, market insights, and changing business needs.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions and strategies.

    Proven experience as a Product Owner or in product management.

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills.

  • Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Aha!).

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
