Full Job Description

Working across a complex set of stakeholders you will support the discovery, development and optimisation of enterprise level software delivered across intricate health and care systems. As Product Manager you will collaborate with the Senior Product Manager, Development Team and wider colleagues to deliver value to the people and organisations who use our products.,

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure everyone understands their connection to product features and why these features are important for the business.

  • Gather and analyse user feedback and data to validate and inform product needs and decisions

  • Write and maintain product specifications to inform development

  • Build and maintain excellent client relationships with stakeholders

  • Demonstrate and refine product features to internal and external audiences

  • Take on management of the Sprint Cycle and Sprint Ceremonies with colleagues

  • Understand and support the management of product risks and dependencies, including those relevant to healthcare such and Information Governance and Clinical Safety

  • Develop insights into the mental healthcare market to inform product priorities

    You are motivated to create and deploy software for use in complex health and care environments used by a wide range of people

  • You understand that embedding digital workflows in large organisations via enterprise level technology requires a different skillset to designing solutions for consumer markets

  • You are highly inquisitive, able to work and communicate with a diverse range of people and skill sets

  • You are an analytical thinker and able to use data to make decisions but you also thrive at pace in fast moving environments

  • You believe technology can improve patient outcomes and you are willing to overcome barriers to achieve that

  • You are comfortable using or learning a range of tools including MS Office, Jira, Confluence, Miro and others., Ambition

  • Motivated to constantly improve, professionally & personally. Not willing to accept the status quo and always seeking to identify ways to make things better. Willing to take on problems with no clear answer, even if the path forward is unclear. Able to define success and driven to achieve it.

We support the professional users of our clients to co-ordinate urgent care across organisations and geographies: we build intuitive joined-up solutions for complex and disparate medico-legal pathways. Our Mental Health Act workflow software is currently in use in multiple Mental Health trusts in the NHS, across London by the Metropolitan Police, and nationally by the CQC. In 2024 we are expanding our reach even further, including implementing a Pan-London NHS programme.
