Full Job Description

  • Support operating purchasing activities in an independent manner related to supplies and services for the Group in all Corporate Procurement Categories (which include the following sub-categories - Facilities Management, HR, Tax, Consulting, Marketing & Communications and M&A).

  • Point of contact in Procurement for your responsible Corporate Procurement activities

  • Supporting Senior Procurement Specialists and Corporate Category Lead in more complex procurement activities

  • Development and maintenance of Procurement demand within your relevant sub-categories

  • Management of Corporate Procurement contract renewals which are delegated to ensure contracts are renewed in a timely manner

  • Subject matter expert, support to existing vendors and escalation point for third party suppliers and related issues

    Strong negotiation skills

  • Commercial and contract specialist with procurement and vendor relationship management experience

  • Strong commercial management and negotiation skills required with experience in leading edge projects in a fast moving delivery focused organisation

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing at all levels

  • Strong market knowledge and working across various functions, businesses and regions.

  • A strong entrepreneurial and commercial focus with the ability to translate procurement requirements to deliver pragmatic, business relevant outcomes back to the stakeholders.

    We're looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our Global procurement team, the role will be based in London and as a Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our procurement strategy team for SEFE. Your role will be crucial in securing services, negotiating and maintaining current third party relationships, thereby enhancing the efficiency and success of our operations., As an integrated midstream energy company headquartered in Berlin, SEFE Securing Energy for Europe ensures the security of energy supply in Europe and drives the green energy transformation.
