Full Job Description

As the Process Improvement Lead, you will collaborate closely with Local P&C teams within ISS UK & Ireland and Global Process Owners to meticulously detail and document P&C (HR) processes.

Your role will be pivotal in providing consulting support to process owners, guiding them in implementing robust process methodologies that articulate the purpose, outcomes, and target customers for each process.

Additionally, you will assist in determining appropriate metrics for measuring process effectiveness and outcomes, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organisational goals., One of your primary responsibilities will be to align new technology investments, such as SAP SuccessFactors and Jira, with streamlined processes.

By leveraging these technologies effectively, you will enhance organisational efficiency and effectiveness, ultimately driving greater value and impact across the business.

Your expertise in process improvement methods, coupled with your ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, will be essential in driving meaningful change and transformation within our P&C functions.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess and document existing processes and identify opportunities for standardisation, simplification, or automation

  • Working closely with IT teams to design and deploy automated solutions

  • Streamlining complex workflows, reducing process inefficiencies, and ensuring alignment with business objectives

  • Designing and implementing a governance framework for Process Ownership across the P&C organisation

  • Creating and maintaining a continuous improvement roadmap for new processes and process changes

  • Establishing a continuous improvement culture and methodology in P&C for ongoing process improvement

  • Establishing criteria for determining when a process should be changed

  • Ensuring there is appropriate documentation and controls for process changes, including approvals and up-/down-stream impact analysis

    Proven experience in leading process improvement and process automation projects - ideally in HR environments

  • Ability to navigate organisational change and influence stakeholders at senior levels of the organisation (P&C SLT)

  • Excellent communication skills to articulate the benefits of process improvements

  • Strong analytical skills, capable of analysing complex processes, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing solutions

  • Comfortable working with data and metrics

  • Works effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders

  • Builds strong relationships to drive collaboration
