Are you a meticulous professional looking to join a friendly and dynamic team? We are seeking a dedicated Medical Secretary to support Mr. R. Kalyan, Consultant Spine Surgeon, at our expanding practice, Spine Solution Limited. This role is vital for ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional patient care.,

  • Formulate clinic letters and forward them to patients and GPs.

  • Handle patient inquiries and phone calls.

  • Guide patient appointments and their journey through the clinic.

  • Assist with imaging availability for appointments.

  • Respond to email inquiries.

  • Create and send invoices, and process payments.

  • Perform data entry, documentation, and update the online practice software system.

  • Prepare for clinics and organize clinical notes.

  • Manage diaries and schedules.

  • Occasionally type urgent clinic letters.

  • Manage clinic notes and filing.

  • Conduct weekly and monthly clinic data analysis.

  • Improve efficiency and processes within the clinic.

  • Participate in business development activities such as managing social media and collecting patient reviews.

  • Manage office inventory.

  • Provide coverage for other secretaries' absences.
