Private Client Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our Wills and Probate team. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with complex private client matters and high-net-worth individuals, including:

• Wills


• Probate


• LPAs


• Court of Protection


• Tax and Trust matters


Duties:

- STEP qualification (desirable)
- Manage a caseload of private client matters from inception to completion
- Draft wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Advise clients on tax implications and estate planning strategies
- Handle probate and administration of estates

- Maintain accurate and detailed client records

You will already live locally or be willing to relocate to be near to our offices in Chesham, Amersham and Tring.
