What you'll do at Elekta

Responsibilities

• Act as global Process Lead of Product Lifecycle Management process - from idea to adoption


• Drive development and implementation of tools, methods and procedures for the process


• Provide training and training material to users as needed


• Responsible for Global QMS documents and non conformities - Provide 1st line support during internal and external audits


• Responsible for Product Creation and Maintenance, Design and Development


• Drive alignment and continued process harmonization with other process owners via working groups and working closely with QA


• Drive continuous improvement of the process using lean and agile approaches


• Can be called upon to work on process optimization of other process areas
  
  Master's degree (Preferably in Engineering or Business) or equivalent in a related field


• Experience within a medical device environment


• Knowledge of relevant medical device regulations and standards, e.g. ISO 13485, QSR, EU MDR, ISO 14971, IEC 62304


• Experience in product development


• Strong knowledge of Lean/ Agile principles


• Experience with leading process optimization, NPI and digital transformation for global mid-sized organizations or larger


• Possess a structured approach to problem-solving, experience with tools and techniques e.g. RCA, CAPA, BPM, lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus


• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Able to work within a multi-cultural environment


• Strong execution and result-driven capabilities, influencer both internally and externally, the ability to implement through others


• Strong, collaborative individual with proven track record of acting with executive-level
