Within the Commercial Lines Pricing team, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple lines of business including (but not limited to) Property, Casualty, Financial Lines and Energy. This role focuses on their Corporate business meaning that you get to work with on some of the largest and most complex insurance programmes in the market.Applying for this role is straight forward Scroll down and click on Apply to be considered for this position.Location: LondonCategory: Non-LifeType: PermanentKey duties (including. but not limited to):Pricing tools - Lead the building of new pricing tools and devise a maintenance plan for their current suite of pricing tools, working across various platforms and working closely with underwriters. Ownership and monitoring of technical price assumptions and market pricing decisions. Work closely with their Group actuarial and underwriting teams to scope, build, develop, document and maintain global pricing toolsPortfolio management -
working with underwriters to lead underwriting strategies to improve and grow their portfolios. Lead the delivery of pricing and portfolio management solutions across multiple portfolios, through advanced analytics, data analysis and modelling. Regular monitoring and reporting of key trends to senior stakeholders in the UK and GroupTechnical skills - the chance to constantly challenge yourself through innovation and adaptation of new technologies with opportunities to learn and apply SQL, R/Python, Power BI & moreCulture - contributing to a positive and supportive team environmentCollaboration - building strong relationships across the company (underwriting, reserving, finance and claims), providing trusted insights and helping to foster a strong data-driven cultureCoaching & mentoring - Support and supervise more junior colleagues through coaching of technical and non-technical skills.
