Prep Teacher

We are looking for a Prep School Teacher, who is dedicated to providing exceptional pastoral care and a first-class education. Could that be you?

About the Position

Contract Type: Permanent, full-time

Working pattern: 6 days a week (includes Saturday School), one boarding duty per week (5:30pm to 7:30pm) and occasional Sunday boarding duties.

Salary: Commensurate with Experience

Start Date: September 2024

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:

• Preparing lesson plans and learning materials to facilitate positive pupil development, as well as assessments that can accurately determine pupils progress, and ways in which you can facilitate pupil development.


• Implementing and delivering lessons of an excellent standard to students in Year 7 and 8.


• Fostering a learning environment and educational structures that allow for a child to flourish as a 'whole person', not only in the academic sense.


• Continuing to develop and update the school curriculum, enabling your lessons to always adapt to the needs of every child.


About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• QTS (essential).


• Experience with designing and implementing inspirational and engaging schemes of work.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Flexible, adaptable and enthusiastic.


• Strong commitment to continued personal development.
