Full Job Description
The successful candidate would be expected to work alongside other clinicians in the primary care team in the provision of patient care and undertake the following:
Complex wound care
Vaccination and immunisations
Travel health advise and immunisation
Venepuncture
Adherence and proactive to the demands of the Quality and Outcomes Framework with particular view to Diabetes Asthma and COPD
Family planning and Women's Health
Male health
Recognise and work within own competencies and professional code of conduct regulated by the NMC
We are looking for an experienced enthusiastic Nurse to join our team of clinicians.This is a flexible role and hours can be flexible to suit.

We recently moved into to a new purpose-built, combined GP and community health facility, which will serve to provide integrated health to our patients.
