Full Job Description

Assisting the practice manager and Operations managers to ensure the practice maximises its income from the Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) and Enhanced Services (ES) Contracts including sending communications to patients to invite then for annual review, calling patients for annual review, taking calls from patients booking annual review appointments.

Review recall lists to support the other contractual obligations of the Practice, this will involve contacting patients to invite them in for chronic illness disease clinics, vaccinations, tests, and reviews as delegated by the operations managers.

Support both the Practice Manager and Operations Managers with seasonal and various health campaigns to increase patient uptake.

Assist both the Practice and Operations Managers in producing information for clinical audit, screening, and chronic disease management to optimise recall and review process. Experience working with Excel, EMIS web and searches is therefore desirable for this role.

Processing claims for the practice as instructed by the Operations Manager and Practice Manager

Assist in dealing with complaints as delegated by the complaints lead at the practice.

Provide support to the Practice Manager and Operations managers when needed.
