Full Job Description

The Stour Academy Trust are looking for personnel to cover PPA across all year groups at Adisham CE Primary School. This is a part-time position, being 3 days per week.
We are encouraging applications from experienced teachers, ECTs and support staff e.g. current HLTAs looking for progression within the Trust
We require an adaptable and proactive individual who is open to new ideas and willing to support our vision to transform the standardised model of direct learning to a model which allows for improved interactions and strengthened relationships that provide our children with opportunities for self-directed learning.
We aim to nurture a community of learners that challenge thinking, where our staff are empowered to take risks and develop their practice to meet the needs of an evolving school system, which is not held back by traditional restrictions and ideologies.
We want people who:
