• Proven experience in food factory management, particularly in handling chicken and managing perishable products in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong IT skills, with the ability to learn and use new software for orders, delivery routing, and batch coding.


• Ability to manage staff effectively, including training and performance management.


• Experience in introducing systems of working to improve productivity and efficiency.


• Proven experience in coordinating deliveries and managing logistics.
