Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to support the transition of young people from secondary school into post 16 education. If you are successful, you will be collaborating with school, colleges and other agencies to develop a range of transition support.

As the postholder, you will co-ordinate and manage the delivery of virtual and in-person events for the transition panel process and will also be the main point of contact for the Transiton Chat programme. Your work will directly impact the outcomes for young people to help them to sucessfully achieve in post 16 education.

To be successful you will need excellent time management skills to be able to manage conflicting priorities and unforeseen change. You will be able to work on your own intiative and be able to find solutions to problems, You will have had experience of supporting young people and/or working in the education system. We also need your customer-focused nature to help build working relationships with your stakeholders.
