We are Insurance and Life Insurance subject matter expert and advice provision and understand the insurance business from an end to end perspective - relevant lines of business, insurance products, processes, data used, systems, applications and infrastructure - all of the relevant technology landscape - including any third party suppliers and providers that the business is dependent on provision of analytical and problem solving; think 'out of the box' for improvements., As a PMO & Project Admin you will be a part of the Insurance Practice where we help insurance companies transform the way they do business through digital powered customer experience & analytics/cognition enabled business transformation. Our transformation consulting framework enables modernization & complete digitalization of insurance organization. Leading practices include - Sales & Distribution Transformation, POS Transformation, Underwriting Transformation, Claims Transformation.,

  • You will support our internal team and the client with project, planning, monitoring, RAID, Stakeholder management etc.

  • Defining and monitoring all risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, actions

  • Managing the costs

  • Managing people on boarding and exiting

  • Managing the security of the project e.g. ensure everyone is on NDA

  • Managing relationships with other projects on the programme

  • Writing reports e.g. progress

  • Updating the PM on all activities

  • Managing setting up meetings

  • Taking minutes at meeting, and follow-on activities

  • Filling in for the PMs when on leave

    A significant PMO experience with a solid record of delivering change.

  • That you're a self-starter, able to operate with minimal line intervention, and accountable for managing your own workload to successful conclusions.

  • You have strong relationship management skills with senior stakeholders and an understanding of key change management tools.

  • Strong communication (written and verbal).

  • Be collaborative in nature with an inquisitive mind; be passionate about removing waste and killing complexity.

  • Have a solid understanding of IT and Business Portfolios and strategy.
