As PMO Coordinator, you'll provide a robust PMO support service to the NGET SCADA Programme, and PMO Manager to ensure the SCADA Programme's PMO activities are documented and updated.

You'll maintain project documentation and services within the Programme, working independently and as part of the wider team, identifying and implementing improvement opportunities.

Adopting a customer centric culture, you'll produce governance packs, document risks and issues and administer the programme's Sharepoint site.

You'll manage relationships within the programme and project work stream teams to ensure service is delivered to agreed standards and outcomes, ensuring the right tools, methods and standards are being used in a consistent way.

This role is based at our offices in Warwick for 2-3 days per week and can be combined with hybrid working from home.

With experience of working in a PMO dispersed, high performing and agile team, you'll have excellent MS Office skills and ideally knowledge of Sharepoint administration.

Detailed oriented, with the ability to produce high quality outputs, you'll have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience of business report writing and presentations, able to communicate and influence at all levels.

You'll have practical experience in either Programme/Project/Change Management or Continuous Improvement, as well as experience of scheduling and planning, governance, risk management, vendor management or resource allocation.

Dependable and trusted to work with sensitive information, you'll have experience working with a range of business stakeholders to influence decision making around change delivery and possess practical problem-solving skills.

At National Grid, we work towards the highest standards in everything we do, including how we support, value and develop our people. Our aim is to encourage and support employees to thrive and be the best they can be. We celebrate the difference people can bring into our organisation, and welcome and encourage applicants with diverse experiences and backgrounds, and offer flexible and tailored support, at home and in the office.
