Full Job Description

We're currently looking to recruit an experienced PMO coordinator on a part time basis to join our projects team and provide a link between our Project Engineers and senior leadership within the region. Based from our Ocean Gate office, you'll work 15 hours per week - the structure of which can be discussed with the successful candidate., Accountable for ensuring all policies, legal requirements and best practices are developed (in a means that is both practical and deliverable at Project level) and fully implemented in Southampton

- Accountable for ensuring all policies, legal requirements and best practice is understood and implemented by the Project management.

- Ensure that there is clear communication between the PM Teams colleagues across ABP and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills in order to engage stakeholders within the business.

- Act as a strategic function by knowing the present state and future requirements, continually improving the delivery of projects.

- Ensure that there is a project financial forecast in place that enables the business to make key decisions on capital spend.

- Be able to provide proactive support to the PM teams in technical queries and requirements as well as resource requirements through the request for service process.

- Support project delivery and mitigating future risks by reviewing the project programme / stage gates and key milestones by Project Governance Reviews.

- Continually evolve the PMO function by measuring time and cost metrics against quality of delivery.

Ideally have worked in a similar PMO role within an Asset Management environment

- Be able to demonstrate an ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

- Able to demonstrate an ability to provide a positive approach to coordination between various individuals and all levels within ABP.

- Desirable to have qualifications/training in similar environment

- Proven track record in coordination and people management.

- Strategic, innovative, highly commercial and analytical

Pay: £17,000.00-£19,000.00 per year
