Plumbing and Heating Engineer

· Installation, repair, and maintenance of heating systems including heat pump in residential and commercial buildings

· Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as needed for installation and maintenance tasks

· Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating systems

· Thread pipes and assemble components according to specifications

· Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals

· Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

· Provide general maintenance person services as needed

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, someone who enjoys getting to know customers needs, need to be multi skilled in all areas of plumbing & heating and will need a minimum of 3 years experience of pluming & heating, fault diagnosis and repairs on different boilers and central heating systems across a variety of manufacturers. Minimum qualification NVQ 3 Plumbing is required., · CSCS Preferred

· Previous experience as a breakdown engineer is preferred

· Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with HVAC systems

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for commercial driving purposes

· Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

· All aspects of gas work from servicing, breakdowns and installation within the domestic sector

· Upgrading of heating and plumbing installations.

· Lpg experience is beneficial

· Pipe threading and assembly techniques

· Good communication skills and great time management
