Full Job Description

At Love Energy Savings our customers are at the heart of everything we do and that's why we invest in delivering an exceptional after-sales service. We have our own in-house Service Centre, which acts as a centralized hub for all things customer service.

You will be responsible for managing relationships between the relevant Love Energy Savings departments and our external suppliers, using your excellent customer service skills and the ability to set expectations across the board, in a clear on concise manner.

A Bit About the Role

As our Customer Service Account Manager, you will be the first point of contact for suppliers and customers regarding internal Love Energy Savings sales, via telephone and email. You will use effective problem-solving skills accurately responding to queries in a timely and professional way.

You'll be responsible for ensuring that energy sales "go live" on the agreed contract start date guaranteeing an excellent customer journey. You will be accountable for dealing with sales rejected from our suppliers, updating customers, and offering a requote, selling an alternate energy product where appropriate.

Excellent communications skills are a must, so you'll have a great level of written and oral English. You'll be IT literate and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel with the capability to learn new and varying IT systems., Multi-tasking, prioritising contracts, and workload.
