Full Job Description

Red Bee Media is currently seeking a dedicated playout operations professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the technical and presentation quality of channel output in accordance with client schedules, ensuring a high-quality, well presented, and error-free transmission of channels or delivery of OTT-streams.

What you will do:

  • Monitor and maintain TV transmission schedules, ensuring compliance with regulatory and client guidelines

  • Conduct detailed checks to ensure all media/material is consistent with provided information, in accordance with RBM and client requirements

  • Operate computerised single and multi-channel playout equipment as per agreed procedures

  • Provide timely and effective communication with managers and clients regarding late changes or alterations

  • Log details of any incidents on the appropriate systems and escalate to other departments as required.

  • React swiftly to issues affecting transmission, utilising emergency, and manual processes to ensure minimal outage time.
